In our activities as cargo agents and legal representatives of land transport companies from MERCOSUR countries in Uruguay, we have established the following Global Security Policy with the purpose of ensuring integral security of your supply chain through the following statements and commitments:
· Comply with legal, regulatory and other requirements signed by the organization, related to the management and security of supply chains.
· Establish, implement and maintain clear objectives, goals and programs compatible with the rest of the organization's objectives, aligned with its Security Policy, thus ensuring security management in a global and general way, promoting the principle of continuous improvement of the supply chain security system through effective security threat and risk management.
· Ensure that all the people who work in, or for the organization, its business partners and relevant third parties, have the appropriate skills to carry out their activities properly, as well as responsible conduct.
· Actively oppose to any illicit act or activity that may affect any of the supply chain members.
· Incorporate reliable and critical business partners, ensuring compliance with the commitments set forth in this policy.
· Periodically review your Supply Chain Security Management System, in order to improve it by adapting this Policy to the changing conditions of our environment.
